Sky High Farm Workwear is creatively directed by artist Dan Colen, also the founder of the brand’s sole beneficiary, Sky High Farm, which was founded in 2011 in the heart of the Hudson Valley in Ancramdale, NY. In 2016 it received its designation as a 501(C)(3). Around this time, the need for nutritious food increased for many, and it became clear that a more lasting and communal mode of fundraising would help ensure that the farm could continue to meet demand. Prior to launching SHFWW, the farm tested out the fashion-to-food hypothesis, proudly collaborating with creatives, artists and organizations to raise funds through limited edition apparel releases. SHFWW collections always emphasize sustainable products and fabrication processes, including the use of vintage, deadstock, and recycled fabrics, and earth-friendly production technologies.

Sky High Farm Workwear is a benevolent brand and a new model for regenerative, sly fundraising. It’s an accessible, and unusual way to engage with Sky High Farm, the brand’s sole beneficiary, a nonprofit organization that grows fresh and nutritious food exclusively for donation.
